Are you between the ages of 16 and 17 and on track to graduate from high school or have already completed high school? Do you want to know what it’s like to live in your own apartment or house before you become an adult? Well, you might be interested in Transitional Housing Placement Program (THPP). THPP provides you an opportunity to live in an apartment or house out in the community while getting support from your CSW AND THPP staff. You’ll learn the skills to be able to live on your own when it’s time to leave foster care.
For more information, check out the FACT Sheet then talk to your CSW or ILP/Transition Coordinator. Your CSW will help you in applying.
