TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM PLUS
The Department Children and Family Services THP-Plus Program provides free housing and supportive services to former foster youth that meet the following criteria:
- Between 18 and 23 years of age
- Exited foster or probation care at age 18 or older
- Must be able to work full-time or attend school/training and work part-time
The housing and supportive services are provided by various community agencies and are located throughout the County.
All youth are screened and interviewed prior to acceptance into the program.
Completed applications must be submitted directly to the service providers.
