The Youth Development Services Program receives a set budget every year from state and federal government resources. Resources are distributed according to need and not as an entitlement. Due to budget limitations, please note the services and benefits described in this website are available to LA County ILP eligible transitioning youth, ages 16 to 20. Funds are distributed on a needs basis until all funds spent for the fiscal year (July 1st through June 30th). There are services currently provided to youth, ages 14 and 15 (participation in these programs do not result in automatic ILP Eligibility). ILP services are provided when funding is available. All services provided are voluntary.
